Pleasant The first rooms AC and telephone didn’t work. I was moved right away. The second room bathroom had a missing shelf in the shower. I didn’t eat breakfast

This was for business purposes and I would give the property another chance. The remote didn’t work the first night and when I took it down in the morning and said I would pick it up when we got in that evening no one knew anything about it. Every evening I had to go and get either towels or wash cloths. The last day of the stay no house keeping even came into the room. Pleasant Bath tub was very slippery and no safety hand rails. Major safety issue. No supply of poop bags as in the past. Front desk attendant was very difficult to understand. No room phone to call the front desk or room to room. Good location and accepted pets. Breakfast selection was good most of the time. Room entry keys were improved. Honored my room request.
