I appreciate your lovely hotel and the good care you gave to a weary family on the road. I called at about 11pm to be sure that the room was paid for and all was set for the family to check out. I booked the room on the phone with my credit card, for friends and wanted to be sure THEY were not charged. The gals that talked with me on Thursday, Nov. 24 told me that I must come physically to the hotel and show them my card, in order to pay. ok for a 1-night stay. tv did not work, wash cloths were dirty/stains only had 2 washcloths for 4 people. location and price

Value Stay The bathroom was clearly skipped in the cleaning process. No tissues or much of anything else, to be honest. There were curly black hairs in the shower, floor and walls, upon arrival. We loved the location and ease of getting to/from our destination! Local food options were nice and there was also chain fast food near by. Bed was very comfortable and the room was exactly what we paid for!
