Pleasant Bath tub was very slippery and no safety hand rails. Major safety issue. No supply of poop bags as in the past. Front desk attendant was very difficult to understand. No room phone to call the front desk or room to room. Good location and accepted pets. Breakfast selection was good most of the time. Room entry keys were improved. Honored my room request.

Correct the problems , beneficial to me and other occupants Neee extra elevators , 1 us not goodNeed more lighting in the room. Need a mirror in the room. Toilet did not flush. Shower wands for handicap people. Shower bench to far away from faucets.. Shower head to far up . Pillows had a sweat order. Uk! Breakfast was cold. Had flies hovering in the room and lobby. Staff was very nice. Hotel Very clean. loved the decorations. Great handicap parking. Spacious room.

Overall it was a great stay! Will definitely recommend. Just don’t check in late or you will be locked out. Front desk was rarely available especially at night. Breakfast staff wasn’t too friendly. The pool was dirty!! It was clean. The rooms were very spacious. Day front desk was more than accommodating!

Overall it was a nice peaceful stay No bar and without a car everything is a nice walking distance The breakfast was ok
