Rollercoaster ride. I had to my room changed twice. The place is unkept. Urine smell in one room while cigarette smell in another room. The facility is supposed to be non smoking. The blanket I received had a cigarette burns. No towels in the room. The second room I was given was occupied already The front desk staff was nice

Not booking again The hotel is too close to Miami International airport and the noisy constant departing and coming down airplanes is really disturbing… front desk has only one person during night shifts and was always very busy especially when we come back to the hotel and the room key needs to be magnetized again and again or when our room towels were not changed and we need new ones and the front desk guy is attending people on queue… during our five days stay the room was never cleaned or bed sheets changed! Fair Very dirty. Moldy, musty. No hair drier. No towels. Bathroom not well cleaned. Planes flying over. No rest.

Malo rl hotel y cuidado qué te cargan la tarjeta sin autorización Me cobraron indebidamente y aun no devuelven el dinero. Muy mala actitud de la recepcionista, tuve que pagar dos veces para poder ingresar a la habitación, no quisieron escucharme o ver que ya había pagado, dada la hora y cansancio tuve que pagar de nuevo y ahora no devuelven el dinero La Ubicación
