Dirty, overpriced, staff disengaged. Dirty bathroom, 1 towel, chair all worn out, toilet flushed poorly. I HATE your policy of orechecking in. When I arrived, I had to do it all over again. Waste of time.
It was not what we expect . The first room had a spring in the mattress that came loose and scratched my husband's leg. They moved us to another room, but the beds weren't comfortable either. The mattresses are very old. The hotel is not the same as shown on the internet.
Our room was not clean. Nightstand had crumbs from previous stay. Not enough towels or washcloths. Trash in the dresser The property itself was fine. Location

It was a place to stay while we waited for our cruise There was nothing close for food not and it wasn’t clean There was a close shuttle from the airport
Falta de mantenimiento y aseo en las áreas comunes ( ascensor ) Las camas chirrean y los colchones están viejos El desayuno regular Lo cerca al aeropuerto y el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto
Decepcionante. Cucaracha en el baño, recepcionista grosera y los elevadores se traban, tienes que empujarle la puerta para poder que cierren. Super inseguros. La señora de servicio fue la única amable.
