Terrible - AVIOD !! Prostitutes wandering the corridor at night people smoking weed in the hotel- A/C not working properly in room- terribly grubby and old hotel felt unsafe travelling with family and young children. Terrible Nothing
I stayed here a few years back and it was nothing like this stay it was so much better back then The property was unkept.. shower was filthy and hair was in the bed and shower no extra towels could be given per staff because the hotel was full stated there were towels in the rooms already.staff was rude and I felt rushed at check in..
it was horrible. I will give them a bad rating. customer service was very rude. I would never stay there. nothing nasty, customer service was rude. We had to wait two hours for our shuttle. The customer service guy hung up in my face. They wouldn’t let us look at the TV. They said it was not working.

Rundown Rundown. Falling aparts. Elevator broke, plumbing doesn’t work. Loud AC doesn’t work. A lot advertising flyers under the door Location close to the airport

Fair El desayuno estuvo decepcionante. Muy pocos cosas para escoger y el espacio era muy pequeño.

Muy mal servicio, el peor hotel que hemos visitado Instalaciones mal atendidas, solo 2 toallas y eramos 4 personas, pedimos toallas a la chica de limpieza y dijo que no tenia que debiamos ir a recepcion, no hay toallas en la piscina. El desayuno siempre lo mismo y muy básico, se terminan las cosas y no reponen. No lo recomiendo Solo la ubicacion
