Stay was okay. Convenient location. The breakfast was the same every day. Lacked variety. Location was good.

It was terrible! Dirty carpet, musty room. The bathroom appears unsanitary, and my daughter refused to shower in the tub. The toilet was broken, had to use it several times without it being able to flush. The tank was empty. I would not have paid even half price had I known it would be such a horrible accommodation. We waited for almost an hour for the pickup at the airport via the hotel shuttle. He sped past the pickup point leaving us. We had to take Huber. Concerns There was no telephone in the room. How could one possibly call for service without a telephone. I thought that was poor. Breakfast has changed tremendously for the worst. The location is good, that's why I chose it. Next door is the Hampton, where the service is better. There seems to be a new management every time I live at Laquinta East.
We arrived late at night, so we expected longer sleep No shuttle from the airport to the hotel after 10pm. Even though we sent a message to say we'll arrive late at night days before...So we had to pay a taxi... When there is a free shuttle to drive us to the airport, it's only 1 every hour (compared to others 1 every 20 min). Salted breakfast can be developped (we had only eggs) The floor of our room was not clean. The sink was obturated... Too noisy early in the morning (not from other guests, but from room cleaners).
