Only in desperation stay here Very poor shuttle service.
Disappointing Transfer to Port of Miami sucked big time. The arrival of the transfer vehicle was a half an hour late, the front desk took no responsibility to get them there on time. The driver was extremely rude and could not give a damn about helping the elderly on board. Never again.
I’ve stayed at other “La Quinta” facilities, and this one was just not up to par. I didn’t like that the TV was so small. I’ve seen kitchens with bigger tv’s. That Dish cableTV was scratchy/laggy/slow. The chromecast kept buffering so I just disconnected. Also, this is the first time I’ve ever stayed at a hotel that did not provide a fridge. Waiter an hour and a half to get a room upon arriving at check-in time. got a single bed for one NO ONE SPOKE ENGLISH!!!!!!! Free 7 day parking for Cruise.
