Worst Miserable hotel. Mold was everywhere inside my room , my pillows, sheets all molded, I even took pictures and videos, and when I confronted the manager about it on the third day , all he did is just moved my wife and I to another room . Breakfast was included with the reservation, so we went downstairs to grab breakfast and there was nothing to eat at all except pancakes, the front desk person told us that they were out of almost everything, eggs, cheese ext…. Espero mejoras. El transporte al aeropuerto sumamente deficiente,no pasa por el aeropuerto cada hora como nos habían informado y esto fue muy desagradable para mí y mi madre,espero lo mejoren,las personas en la recepcion no saben dar información acerca de las direcciones pienso que deben ser más serviciales. Piscina, habitación.

Fair At checkin I was told i was being upgraded to 2 double beds vs 1 bed. I was placed in a room where the ac was not working and it was noted on the desk the ac was not working. Bed was hard as a rock.

Cumple bien como hotel de paso. Mejora de las instalacione, la silla del escritorio estaba sucia y el WC se tapaba con facilidad. Pasan tirando bajo la puerta folletos no solicitados. El desayuno simple pero bueno, sobre todo para los niños.

Never again Room smelled of mildew. No washcloth’s and 2 towels for 4 people. The air conditioner worked poorly. Breakfast was a joke, very limited without eggs and meat choices. Advertised free parking for a week then wanted to charge $8 a day. No managers available to address concerns. Door didn’t work properly and had to wait 30 minutes to leave the room. Nothing, staff was horrible
