Disappointing
Fair La atención al personal malísima, no responden a buenos días, no te dan información sobre cómo moverte en Miami, no puedo creer que una recepcionista no te pueda decir donde hay una parada de autobús, un piloto de transfer que te encamina al aeropuerto no te puede dejar en la estación de renta de coches del aeropuerto que le queda en el camino. Hay cucarachas en las habitaciones, en fin personal amargado. Al menos nos dejaron guardar las maletas en la recepción tanto al llegar como al salir.

Needs Attention My bathtub wasn't able to hold water,it was broken the light and phone in my room weren't working properly and the smoke detector in my room was broken and hanging from the wall... All which I reported but same couldn't be fixed. Customer service was good

Don’t stay here if there are other choices near the airport. Poor shuttle service. Arrived at hotel to find 4 police cars parked in front. Appears to be housing unhoused people. Very few amenities within walking distance. Airplane noise. Unfriendly staff. Near airport.

Fair Very noisy with planes flying. Breakfast was very basic. Not a lot of choices. I paid $10.00 for a shuttle that never came. I had to get an Uber at the last min. We waited an hour and a half at airport for hotel shuttle. Room was nice and had tv and coffee pot in it..beds were semi comfy..
Would not stay there again. Overall hotel condition. Old mattress, old worn furniture, no convenient outlets for charging your phone and A/C unit was so loud we had to shut it off to sleep so the room was humid. It was too late to ask for a new room or a technician to fix it Free parking
