Disappointing
overbooked and didn’t give us another room leaving our family stranded for the night They overbooked the room that I had booked months ago and didn’t have another room to put my family is so we were stranded trying to rush around at 1 am to find another place to even sleep for the night ! Very disappointing !
Terrible Smoke smell, dirty facilities, broken elevator, dirty room, broken shower. Never staying again Nothing

Bad I didn’t have cable for the 1st of my stay & the little breakfast was good & didn’t get open on time. I’m a diabetic & the never had any regular bottles of water for sell nothing

Poor Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone for shuttle pick up, waited 45 minutes. The toilet overflowed, and another guest said she had the same problem. Roaches. Staff was very friendly
