or hours, But I STILL HAD TO SIT in thge airport BECAUCE BEING EVICTED No respect for the customer. I guess after a long day and my vacation experience Miami is terrible and WHY???? Should I have been escorted and have police at my door with no reason WHY? I only got the second night was because my plane was leaving after check out time and I didn;t want 1to be sitting in the airport freason why? I will never stay in any la quita hotels..... best Western is the best! Everything! The smell the air the staff the pool area the one machine exercise room... the breakfast was horrible the staff was the worst! Nothing!

no estuvo como nosotros esperabamos, destaco la cercanía al aeropuerto la limpieza, no hay suficiente shampoo y jabón en la habitación, hubo una persona en recepción que atendía en las noches con muy mala actitud al preguntar por un paquete de envío, no hablaba español que es importante en un hotel donde la mayoría son latinos y en nuestra habitación no hubo secador de cabello, nos dieron la llave de otra habitación para usar el secador, pocas toallas al ser una habitación para 2 personas la cercanía con el hotel

Personal top, sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht, Frühstück war auch ganz ok, die Lage ist top, die Zimmer müssen aber deine du das Hotel scheint einen extremen Investitionsstau zu haben: AC‘s laufen nur manchmal, Waschbecken läuft nicht ab, einige Steckdosen sind durch Feuchtigkeit ohne Funktion, der Teppich Rind um die AC war komplett durchnässt und die Wände waren spaßig. die direkte Lage zum MIA Airport

Sucio Muy mala la atención en los días que estuvimos nadie fue hacer limpieza muy sucia la habitación la alfombra tenía mal olor, las gradas de emergencia tenían un olor fatal a orinas y no había luz en el baño y el personal poco amigable y atento.

Bad En el desayuno no habia huevo revueltos que es algo básico en un desayuno buffet, sólo habia agua de manzana y decian que el proovedor no les habia traido. El tiempo del desayuno es muy reducido. Se cuelgan del Covid para no limpiar las habitaciones uno tiene que acercarse a recepcion para autorizar para que puedan entrar a las habitaciones, si necesitas toallas o papel higienico uno tiene que bajar a recepcion. El personal debe ser bilingue. La ubicación.

Perversamente Malo No me gustó la limpieza, realmente es cochino todo habitación y zonas comunes y la ducha tapada, no ponen toallas suficientes, dicen que tienen desayuno incluido y es una farsa solo ponen unos panes y el café y no se diga del transporte que lo lleva y lo recoje, el conductor ni saluda y mucho menos se dispone ayudar con el equipaje.....en fin remal servicio de hotel no lo recomiendo Lo único es que es cerca al aeropuerto
