Bad The bathroom had hairs in the shower not clean at all
Disappointing Got stuck in an elevator. Breakfast was ok. The key didn't work and it took 3 trps to the front desk to get it settled. Location of the airport.
Wären wir im Hotel geblieben wäre das der schlechteste Start ind den Urlaub geworden Alt und schmutzig. Der 1. Raum verwüstet. Man gab uns ein Zimmer im EG. Ein sichtlich unter Drogen stehender kam uns entgegen. Unhaltbar, wir sind dann ins nebenstehenden Hotel gegangen. 200% besser. Versuchen jetzt unsere Buchungskosten zurückzubekommen. Die Bilder im Internet stammen wohl aus der Zeit als es eröffnet wurde. Nichts!!!!!

Fair The staff, customer service was very poor That it was very clean
Would NEVER stay there again Our keys did not work & we had to keep going down to lobby 6times. The rooms were run down broken tiles in the bathroom. Our refrigerator was unplugged, The bed was hard as a rock. We booked there because parking for our cruise was included but after seeing the location we opted to drive to the port & pay parking to keep our vehicle safe Nothing
Very Poor Dirty, things falling apart. Close to airport
Es ist okay dort zu übernachten. Ohne Auto kommt man von dort nicht weg! Der Weg zu Hertz 700m Luftlinie entfernt führt über einen 3,3km langen Umweg, weil es keine Fußwege dorthin gibt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Danke schön
