el peor hotel del mundo nos rompieron la ventana del carro en el parqueadero del hotel y el personal del hotel ni siquiera se acercó para ver lo que había sucedido. esto le pasó a 3 carros más y ellos no respondieron ni por el arreglo del vidrio ni por lo que se robaron. pusimos un caso con servicio al cliente del hotel y jamás nos contestaron una sola palabra. en que lugar pasa esto? solo allá. jamás se queden en ese hotel además las habitaciones huelen a moho y el personal tiene el peor servicio nada es el peor hotel del m... read more

Needed a place to stay It seemed dirty everywhere, looked like a motel The only good thing about this place is the location. Not that I was expecting a 5 star hotel, but it was expensive for what it was.

Einmal und nie wieder Das war das schlechteste Hotel, das ich je gebucht habe. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht in der Kategorie für bis zu 3 Erwachsene und bekamen ein Zimmer mit einem 1.20 m breiten Bett, in welchem man nicht zu zweit hätte schlafen können. Die Rezeptionistin war nicht bereit, sich um das Problem zu kümmern und hat uns an Booking.com verwiesen. Ich musste erst den Manager einschalten, bevor wir ein anderes Zimmer bekamen. Poor Hotel muy sucio, camas malísimas con sabanas viejas, pedimos mantas y no tenían. Increíble que un hotel no tenga mantas. El baño está como partido en dos lo cual no es nada práctico. Desayuno pésimo. Por suerte nos quedamos solo una noche y huimos. Lo único bueno es la cercanía al aeropuerto y la chica de la recepción era amable y con buena disposición.

Front desk person was excellent, she was very friendly and helpful. But the room.. roaches!!!! roaches everywhere.. and room smelled like smoke location was close to the airport
