Deben de prestar atención a los pequeños detalles. Que no tenía agua para tomar en la nevera, estaba totalmente empty ,llame a recepción varías ocasiones y no contestaron la llamada. Esta bien ubicado, y cerca del aeropuerto.

Fair La piscina el agua estaba verde Ubicación

Fair dinghy, old, dark, stains on the ceiling. my room cost the same as my friend and they had a king bed a microwave and mini fridge we had none of those

Awful Dirty room Ceiling was falling apart Bathroom had blood splatter on the side of the toilet There was old food in the fridge when we first checked in to our room. The pool was closed the whole time, which was the main reason we booked They denied us one extra pillow Our bed was broken and sinking in to the middle The door wouldn't close all the way getting in to the hotel, huge safety concern The door to our bathroom wouldn't open or close without getting stuck. Fair breakfast wasn’t very good there was mold/water damage all over our rooms ceiling beds ok but not very comfortable Wwere locked out of our room when we needed to be up and out of the airport by 4:30 am. got back to the hotel right around midnight(concert) and couldn’t get our key card to work, or the next two sets the hotel provided. 1am found us still sitting in the hallway unable to get in. needless to say we ended up with very very little sleep. we stayed there for the shuttle access but with the current shuttle hour... read more

Fair I requested a room for surgery and I got a room with no fridge. I had to change rooms then the bed was so high I couldn't get in and out of it. Breakfast

For the most part my stay was beautiful just don’t like the fact I paid full price for half service First of all my room the first 2 nights wasn’t what I paid for I had to wait 2 days for the proper room and wasn’t even accommodated for it. 2 lights in the room was out the desk light & one of the bed lights were out my refrigerator or microwave did not work and was told this ahead of time by the receptionist upon checking in at the hotel Loved how sweet the staff was especially the morning receptionist
