Hotel horrible Instalaciones deplorables, A/A no enfria hab, desayuno pésimo, la piscina no operativa, en fin, desagradable todo el hotel El personal fue atento
Bad room amenities were not working, bathroom didnt flush, bathroom door didnt close, we were 3 in each room they only left 2 towels and not toothpaste. Elevator was not working properly, service were not polite Breakfast was ok.
Bait & Switch- add extra $60 to room $$. Bait & Switch policy- add extra $60 to your hotel cost for cruise port shuttle that they don't have and still promote on their website & a airport shuttle quit running 2 hrs early. They blame Booking.com that it wasn't take off their personal website Location
