Bad hotel was way overbooked, said room would be ready by 3pm didnt get room till almost 9pm, was totally exhausted after traveling all day, couldnt even stay in lobby there were like 30 other people hanging out waiting on rooms to become available reason was everyone there wanted to stay later, very short staffed, at times couldnt find anyone who spoke english, so many people was never enough food at breakfast, no discount nothing given or offered, just all around one of the worst experiences i've ever had
