Horrible Room was so so dirty. Bed was old and hard. Pillows were all hard and flat. No soap at all. One tiny bottle of shampoo,no conditioner. Towel rack falling off the wall. Ironing board had two big holes. Door outside and inside. Sink was all cracked Breakfast was okay
Mediocre at best Information at time of booking indicated free shuttle to cruise port. Informed by staff at checking that it was $15/person. No shuttle appeared at pickup time, staff said it hadn’t shown up at earlier time either and offered no assistance in alternative arrangements. Breakfast room was crowded and staff could not keep up with cleaning. No food service anywhere near, pizza was advertised in room. Ordered delivery, was delivered half raw and cold

Disappointing
Muy Malo, viejo y sucio para lo que cobran. Las instalaciones están muy descuidadas, no le dan mantenimiento, la habitación sucia, la de nosotros no estaba aspirada. Los muebles y la cama estaban muy viejos, la ventana de la habitación no cerraba y generaba intranquilidad. Entre cama con colchón hueco, mala limpieza, muebles viejos e inseguridad, no pude dormir bien y esto afectó toda la estadía. Me gustó esté cerca del aeropuerto pero al llegar el shuttle se demoró más de una hora que recogernos.

pésima experiencia poco higiene en general, desayuno muy malo, las habitaciones sucias y con insectos, en general las instalacion muy viejas y deterioradas nada me gusto, muy sucio en general, tanto la habitacion como los pasillos y lugares en común.

Disappointing The value was way too expendive ,i booked it last minute the day before at a price above 200 ..it is not worth it , the smell is the roomis strong ..ki d of humid smell . It is a room at 100 maaxxxx .... Don t booked it at 200 or more. We had only one place to charge our cell phones directly from the cable. Waayyy tooo expensive !!!! The lady was nice ,there is a free shuttle to airport every hour , the breakfast was ok .
