Outdated, not friendly. Indifferent staff. I arrived with two kids in the evening to depart at 5AM to catch a flight, so we would miss the breakfast and a shuttle service and met absolutely no enthusiasm or even interest to offer a bottled water or a complimentary snack for the kids from the shop right there. I bought of course, but it’s not the hospitable attitude or a welcoming service. Lousy room cleaning service: found an old sock and days-old fliers inside of the room. Fair. Not like other la quintas I have stayed in Don’t clean rooms. Only upon check in and check out was there four night. Had to get own towels. But they don’t discount rooms even though these services are still getting paid for Breakfast was ok
Beware As soon as the airport shuttle dropped us off, there were Harley's gathered in front of the lobby entrance. Several men were hanging out there drinking, cussing and smoking with no regard for anyone entering the premises. As we checked in at the desk, several sketchy men were coming into the lobby carrying several beer cans and appeared drunk.
