Insatisfecho Atencion al cliente customer service when checking in
Won’t stay again The hotel smells terrible, some kind of mix between cigarette and weed. They gave me the wrong key and fortunately there wasn’t anybody in the room when I came in. Won’t stay there again. Location is great

Bad El precio demasiado alto para la calidad de el hotel y el desayuno. Las habitaciones son viejas y antiguas. Ya que tenía el desayuno incluido deseaba sentarme y comerme un buen desayuno y me lleve la mala sorpresa que solo te daban dos barritas de proteína. Yo no recomiendo este hotel a nadie Nada

Poor It was obvious that the venue really catered to pets. Every room I was moved to reeked of pet urine. My linens were covered with blood stains. The breakfast was a grab and go with was basically a prison lunch bag The staff was friendly and courteous

Filthy. Shabby. Not even minimal services for what they charge. See above. DIRTY and SHABBY Lobby, elevator, room, the hallways and the pool were all FILTHY. No daily room cleaning because of Covid. You have to ask for clean towels at the front desk. I understand Covid has changed everything however I believe it is being exploited and the hotels do not feel obligated to offer even minimal services. This is a very dirty poorly maintained hotel. Not recommended.
