Fue un poco desagradable El olor de las habitaciones no era agradable, la atención al cliente, no tienen servicio para una fotocopia, salí del hotel por una fotocopia que necesitaba urgente. En las habitaciones no tienen microonda ni refrigerador, pero tampoco incluye el desayuno. Es muy elevado el precio para lo que tiene y el servicio que prestan

Decent room, but it took too much effort to get it. The staff was not great. Too little number of staff at a busy time. Problems getting checked in. Their computers had problems during check in. They forgot to book my taxi for the early morning. The room was clean and cool.

No shuttle, no breakfast, not coming back The period of airport shuttle was too short and the frequency is terrible. The washroom had some big dust areas and there were not enough outlets close to the bed. We could not take the shuttle back to the airport because suddenly they changed the time. We had to pay for an uber to head back. Finally, the breakfast offered is not good. Water with granola bar is not a good breakfast. The location was ideal. They had late check-in.

Disappointing
Very Poor Room was not vacuumed, blanket was dirty on bed, pillow case was not clean.. I really think they did not change linen. Staff were rude Only one staff member was professional, understanding
