Bad Booked 2 queen beds. Got one full size. 2nd bed gone. Just empty carpet space. It had literally been removed Spoke to the staff. They insisted that's what I ordered. All other hotels full. Not much we could do. Never again NOTHING!

Don't stay here!!! As soon as we arrived, the staff was very rude. I was charged TWICE and Hector did not care. All he gave me was attitude. He told me to call booking.com if I didn't like it but it's impossible to get in contact with someone. When we walked into the room it smelled like mold and they wouldn't change our room. The bathroom looked like it wasn't clean from the last time someone was in this room so we had to clean it ourselves. Corona virus No breakfast Was good but, now everything is corona virus. No breakfast at all. Not so clean. Good thing was close to airport

Poor The location was terrible. No food or restaurants nearby, complicated to get to, super small beds, terrible stench, endless flyers slid under the door that created trash that wasn't collected. Will most definitely not return. The price was right. Considering other properties inflated their price, this hotel did not (I believe).

They’ll scam you THE SCAMMING I liked everything other than getting charged 2-3 time’s and having trouble communicating the correct price.

The best resort ever The towels in the bathroom did not exfoliate my skin. Upon arrival at this luxurious 5 star resort we were greeted by the most lovely miserable receptionist ever. She gave us our room keys and we went on our way. When we entered the very spacious elevator we got a refreshing hint of essential oils, in the scent of marijuana.
