staff not friendly and services were not as listed. Booked as it says they have a shuttle but they don't. No breakfast at all. Snack shop only had Diet Coke or water for sale. Room had no TV remote and when they brought one, it did turn on but could not change volume on TV even manually! Room was clean but help was not very kind or very helpful

I would rather pull out my own splinter from my toe nails with a rusty plier than stay at this hotel The entire floor smelled of cigarettes, even though it was nonsmoking but the best part was the odor and the musty smell within the room. You would think Jimmy Hoffa was buried in the walls. To make the situation even more satisfying the pool was not available, with no mention of this anywhere even though all promotional activity continues to highlight the pool. Horrible pictures was misleading Toilet wouldnt flush and when did get it to flush the water was yellow still. It had a bad smell it was dogs barking in the hallway over the experience was horrible Nothing

Noise noise and more noise We are not picky people, but the place was really bad. Crazy people having parties in the bedrooms, people screaming in the middle of the night in the corridors, the bedroom was definitely not clean, we literally walked in, fell asleep, got woken up a couple of times, land left ASAP in the morning. The pillows

You get what you pay for The hallways wreaked of cigarette smoke and marijuana. As I was about to shower, I found a nasty, dirty towel in the tub. Housekeeping must of left it. :( Also when we got to the premises, there was a woman wearing very little clothing outside. She looked like she was lost or waiting for someone. As I was checking in, she walked inside for a moment and then walked back out. I doubt she was a guest there. To be truthful, she looked like a prostitute. Wouldn't recommend. It smelled bad, the rooms weren't very clean, there was a bandaid on the floor, the towels had stains, and the front desk wasn't very nice. That it was close to the airport.

No housekeeping no toilet paper no clean linen never no one at the desk when u needed them The lady told me in the evening there’s only 1 person to wash fold towels handle the front desk and there were tons of people checking in when we went to ask for toilet paper she gave us one roll to last for two days I was highly upset I’m sorry not this location ever again and to charge that amount I would rate it a 1
