It was comfortable & conveinence Refrigerator didn't work properly & things spoiled. Convenience to Jackson South Hospital. Continental Breakfast! Staff was very polite & coopertive in making adjustments.

it was clean,comfortable and nice the breakfast should be a different variety every morning not a repeat of the same thing. Also there should be a litter wider variety of breakfast. yes it was perfect

Need improvement The room wasn't clean at all. I was so tired after a long drive. I found a empty coffee top on the side of the ac. And the large chair had stains all over it. Also the black chair did as well I had to clean it. The Linens were dirty and had stains on it. The smell was not very pleasant or welcoming. The smell in the hallway was not inviting. Just wished it wasn't so late that I came in. Would have went somewhere else. Need better lighting on the outside and a more welcoming smell. ..!! The young lady and man... read more
