Fair Hallways were stinky apparently people who stays there smoke in their rooms, front desk wasn't that attentive or helpful they were chit chatting in the back and I had to wait for about 3 to 5 minutes for the front desk agent

Risky, high risk, dangerous location. Hoodlums, thieves, etc. danger Security is deplorable! This is a high risk hotel. No cameras and only blocks from the Ghetto. A herd of renegade black men were seen rifling through 4th floor late at night. Security appears in on the scam, as there were lookouts in the parking lot for the thieves.
