Pleasant When booking online, it says breakfast available. However, upon arrival no breakfast. I could have choosen another hotel. Location and bed was comfortable.

average Suite given away even though I was told prior to traveling that it did not matter if I checked in at 3pm my credit card would hold that suite Although my credit card was on file to hold a suite a chose to stay in while I traveled to bury my sister; my room was given to another guest. I was extremely disappointed. I stayed in a room that was ok dur to the stress I was currently under. I signed for rewards program prior to my arrival. The room was good but they need pay more attention with they cleaning, the person who stay before me, killed a bug in th Counter staff needs to be more prepared for Associted the customer, in our check in they never provide me a wifi password and explain if was breakfast available or not The area where the hotel is located

The facility is beautiful but the bathrooms are unsatisfactory. The bathroom was disappointment because the shower stall didn’t have a bathtub so the water ran all over the floor. The website said breakfast was included but when I arrived. I was informed that it was not included. The
