The stay was okay, BUT... The bed and the pillows were so hard. I didn't sleep very well either of the 2 nights. I would have expected a better bed for the more expensive king room. Also, I know it's COVID, but don't advertise breakfast included if you aren't going to provide anything at all. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Good The sofa bed was horrible. The mattress part needs to be replaced because you could feel all the springs. My young adult daughter only weighs 130 pounds so she is not heavy at all & she could not sleep because of the pressure from the springs on her back. She woke up very sore. Great location.......close to everything. The room was clean & very roomy. The staff was wonderful......The king size bed was comfortable.

overall, good but won't be my first choice. Due to Covid 19, no coffee in breakfast room. Grab and go bags available, but apparently not enough of them. We went to eat during breakfast hours and told receptionist there were none, all we got was a shrug. The p-trapnunderbthe sink was nasty dirty. Was open and visible. No breakfast.
Good value We had to wait a little while to be greeted when we got there. Bathroom could use some updates and there were cracks in several walls. Elevator was very slow, but stairs were easy to access. Beds were very comfortable. It was a nice and quiet hotel, close to where we needed to be.
It was an overall great stay & I will be definitely be going back very soon! I looked for a vending machine on the floor I was staying on but couldn’t find one There was no breakfast due to the COVID-19 situation, but the hotel was easy to find which made things easy as a person who does not live in the area.
Very Good Read above concerns. I feel as if you could have made it clear that the pool was off limits. And you promised free breakfast but there wasn't any. I understand there is virus concerns but I understood you took card of those concerns when you promised pool and breakfast. That was a very big disappointment.
