Good Limited personal in area. Room needed more attention to cleanliness. Attendant was excellent
Exceptional Well, there was only one elevator for guests and employees to share and it was a tight squeeze. Also, the luggage carts were much more trouble than they were worth. The people working there were so kind and helpful.
Nice hotel but they need do some repai work. Ac unit was very noise so we didn't get a good night sleep. Ac was very noise.
Clean, friendly,and comfortable. Had no dislikes . Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Good They charged me money without let me know first. A comfortable place to stay the night, like the facilities.
The price was pretty good and hotel was exceptionally neat and clean. See other box. The pillows were little bricks. It's probably just me but I don't like overfilled pillows. And trying to get across a busy intersection to travel in direction of Seguin was kind of daunting. A back way out to the street behind entrance to your hotel would be great. At least you'd have a traffic light to keep you safe. And please change up your selections for breakfast bar. I had the exact same stuff a year ago!
