Great staff and a big letdown in all other areas. We had a hard time sleeping. It sounded like we were in the middle of the freeway with all the traffic noise, the sirens, and loud guests. I finally got to sleep a little after 1:00a , only to wake up constantly from the sounds. Also, the toilet seat is installed crooked- and it pinched me twice. The bathroom sink hot water took forever to heat up. Friendly staff and a lot of available parking.
Waste of money The bathtub was dirty and the water was yellow I was told the room was messed up but they thought it was fixed and ok to use. We were unable to shower due to the water and bathtub being yellow which was the whole point of us staying in a hotel. I was told since we booked through a 3rd party there was nothing the hotel could do about refunding The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good
Fair Bathtub filthy, barely any water pressure n sink faucet, elevator definitely needs attention. Comfortable bed, friendly staff.
Dirty Not clean Location
Good for the price It was relatively clean, except for the bathroom, specifically the bathtub. Tiles missing and no stopper. Sower curtain wouldn’t stay closed so the floor got all wet. The front office staff was very rude at check-in. He was on his phone when we arrived and barely looked up to tell us we couldn’t check in until 3:00 p.m. He then proceeded to allow others to check-in before 3:00. It was clean and quiet.
