I called ahead in the afternoon to inquire about the airport shuttle and the gentleman I spoke to said to reserve when I checked in. However, when I arrived I was told it was full. I understand how it happens but you should be able to reserve ahead of time considering it is a very early uber ride.

Convenient to airport, but has some upkeep issues Originally we were booked into an occupied room! After that was fixed, our room was spacious but had some problems. The bathtub spout was leaking quite profusely, and the on-wall hair dryer wasn't working. Toilet didn't work well. Cleanliness and upkeep of some common areas also left a lot to be desired, especially the elevators. Left too early to try breakfast, so can't comment on that.
