I have been to many of your company’s properties as it is the cleanest and held with high standards. I felt like I purchased a tourist hotel. Definitely will reconsider companies

Staff members were very friendly and helpful. They seemed understaffed at breakfast. Only one woman working and she definitely could have used some help. It was difficult for here to keep all items stocked, tables and counters cleaned at the same time. Tables and chairs were all occupied the morning that we were there.

The location to the Orlando airport, hotel shuttle, and the dinning options close by that were in walking distance were a plus. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites was very enjoyable. The hotel location was perfect in that it provided shopping and dining options. It was about 25 - 30 mins from the airport and about 35- 45 mins from Waikiki Beach (depending on traffic). What I like most about the hotel were the hassle free parking (which as free), the hot breakfast which was included, and the dinning and shopping options near the hotel. The facilities were clean and the staff friendly. I highly recommend 👍

I believe that the room cleaning could be more efficient as I found it to be lacking detail cleaning that I rather address with the hotel directly.
