The staff was very helpful. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, but very dated for example the elevator was old, and when you laid on the mattress you rolled to the middle. The breakfast was good. There was a variety of choices. It is very close to the airport.

The location and convenience of getting to the property was good. There was a shuttle to the airport and the staff were friendly. However, the hot water was unreliable. At first it seemed there was none. The shower handle was not on correctly so finding the position for hot water was a challenge. The waffle maker kept breaking in the morning which was also inconvenient. But the most annoying problem was the tv. Maybe that isn't a big deal to some, but traveling with kids and for the price of hotels, the tv should work. The c... read more
