Only complaint is there's no coffee pot in the room. But 25 feet down the hall there's all you want..

We had a large group, staying in 5 rooms. The hotel shuttled us from the airport (the woman driving the shuttle was so sweet!), had everything waiting for us when we got there so our check in went quickly and smoothly, recommended a place where we could order delivery pizza - which was AWESOME- and gave us a conference room where we could eat (providing plates, cups and napkins)! The guy behind the counter was so helpful and accommodating - we couldn’t have asked for anything else! Such a great experience!

I booked a room for three persons and was told it was not large enough to accommodate 3 adults. I had to purchase another room. Rooms were not ready at 3pm arrival. I believe we got our rooms around 4:30-5pm. If I didn’t like it I was told I could go elsewhere and receive a refund. Where are you going to go late Saturday afternoon in Orlando with two elderly 90 year old parents in tow? So I bought another room. We offered another room type that would accommodate your party, a full refund or a discount on another room if you would like to book.
