I got a king suite for the money it was a fairly good room staff was amazing the only thing I didn’t like is not being aware that there wasn’t free parking most people don’t know until check in also the elevators would malfunction from time to time . The elevators are very loud and shake I stayed there Jan 29- Jan 4 of 2026

The shuttle service was very unreliable. They told us at 855 that 9pm was the last shuttle but on the website it said 10 pm was the last one. The communication regarding pick up spot was not clear. It should’ve been already on the website since it makes it easier for people to know where to wait. Eventually, we did make it to the shuttle pick up and it came around 9:30 but it was full so she went back and picked us up on the next trip. I arrived 45 minutes before 3pm. check-in and was asked to pay extra for an early check-in or wait in the lobby, although my room was ready. I thought this was a money grab and unnecessary.

Older woman was very rude to someone in my party. She didn’t know we had someone Spanish speaking in our group and knew what she was saying to her colleague. And, she was calling this individual a female dog using profane language which I’m not allowed to use in this post, as well as other things. She exhibited extremely poor people skills for someone working the front desk.
