It was adequate however there were a few things that would have really improved out stay. I have found it unusual for hotels to charge for early check in on the ‘day of’ if the room is prepared. We decided to pay it but it seemed a bit punative. The bed on the pullout was very thin with springs making bumpy and uncomfortable. They told us that was the case when we checked in but it was still surprisingly bad. Finally, although checkout isn’t until 11:00 our keys stopped working about 9:30 and we were locked out.

Staff was great. Our room, did not have clean sheets…one of the bed had blood on the sheets.
