The rooms were cool and clean. Everything was functional. Breakfast was good. We were there 5 nights and housekeeping only came once. You have to tell them if you want service. I am not sure I like that.

The things that bothered me were - the carpet fresh in the hallway. It made me gag offended my nose - omg it’s horrible —. There was also 1 staff member who was rude AF. I would have gave 5 stars he was the weakest link n why I chose 4

The property was convenient to the port for our cruise. They provide transportation from MCO to the property, a major plus. I did not like that they used another property's van for pick up from MCO and did not alert us to the fact so after a long flight and travel thru 2 airports we sat and waited for transportation for close to a 1/2 hour when the property was less than 10 minutes away from the airport.
