Check in was very slow but could be not enough workers on. Elevator made weird noise and hot tub had cold water in it and no signs let people know that it was not working and pool was dirty too. Room was nice but smelled weird with air on.

Sheets were old and worn. Remodeled but poorly done in the room I rented. Staff was great!!

The staff were extremely courteous checking us in. The carpet in the hallway looked fairly new but also looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or cleaned since being installed. Bring your own bath soap, the tiny sliver they provide is more like wax than soap. The hot water is luke warm at best and the beds are not very comfortable.
The floors in the bathroom were dirty and pieces to the coffee maker wasnt all there, staff at the front desk were brilliant
