Positive: Great location, friendly staff, free and ample parking, safe, well-lit, conveniently located, close to airport and offsite parking lots (5 mins), many restaurants nearby, beds are comfortable but small Negative: Hotel is dated, limited amenities, A/C dusty and dirty, beds are stained, sheets dirty, hair and dust everywhere Good for a quick one night stay, but would not book an extended stay here. Staff was great, building need sprucing up
This hotel is a complete paradox, old and tired. The building has given up. However the staff are completely lovely, the rooms large with comfy beds and fluffy white towels. Very poor water pressure and limited hot water in the shower. The outdoor hot tub is like warm at best, and the pool unheated. Fine for a basic stay I guess, but limited in its abilities to provide anything more.
We were in town for a quick trip. This property was in a very safe area just north of Orlando International Airport. We parked in the back of the hotel and felt confident about the security of our vehicle. The room was clean and spacious. No problems in the room. Checking in process with DJ was efficient and he was very personable. Would recommend.
Very convenient and quick check in
The entire room including the bathroom was very nice size making it feel spacious. Beds were very comfortable. A few cosmetic things needs attention (drape pulls missing and no kleenex in room).
