Due to Covid, there was no daily housekeeping to clean the rooms, and they discovered that it wasn't necessary to clean them daily. Upon checking, I was informed by the front desk about this.
The room was comfortable but not very clean and the rooms and common area need to be renovated, in my opinion.
Washroom was not in good condition
Outside the hotel is good and the lobby is clean and smells good… the rooms when you enter are apparently fine but if you start to check the beds upstairs they are full of dust and it is not a dust of 1 or 2 days, I had to change rooms because the air was not working, although the girl at the reception was very friendly, I changed it, the toilet was also stained, I don't understand why there are products for that
