The service was friendly and swirt as possible given the amount of business. Two points that were let downs: 1) The hot tub was out of service. 2) The pool was not heated and too cold to swim in
The staff was absolutely incredible!! They were helpful and friendly even at 1 in the morning. The hotel itself felt dirty and dingy. Our bathtub faucet had a leak that ran all night, not a drip but like it was slightly on. The AC needed to be on because the room was muggy, but even set at 78 it felt too cold, like it was stuck.
Very crowded and nowhere to sit in the breakfast and lobby area.
