Very clean and well organized. Room looks very nice. Front desk staff and shuttle bus driver are welcoming, very professional, and friendly.

The pool was dirty the whole entire time so was the hot tub. It was only one working elevator. Overall my stay was comforting. I did enjoy myself

The rooms are very clean. Beds are some of the best I have seen in a hotel. Staff are friendly and very helpful w/ the area attractions, shopping ECT. I would say 5 🌟
