Ignore the negative reviews because the hotel is excellent. My husband and I stayed 3 nights for a short birthday getaway and we loved it there. The staff were pleasant, the grounds were always clean, the airport shuttle picked us up within 15 minutes of calling. The rooms have AC, fridge, microwave, hot water, TV (with cable). The beds are comfy. It truly is great value for money. The room itself is quite spacious too. The wifi worked throughout the property. Good place to lay your head down, needs some TLC
The friendliness of the staff & shuttle service was great! The bathroom fixtures & fixtures in room unfortunately were on the dusty side & the bathroom could have used a good sweeping as there were dust bunnies under the vanity area on the floor of the restroom & shower area. The bedding was clean and fairly comfortable. The shower was however cold, & the faucet was steadily running/ dripping when turned off completely. Very good stay and inexpensive
This hotel is really nice for the price and the room was beautiful BUT the pool area was poorly designed. The pool gets NO sun after like 11am…no point to having a pool area when majority of it is in shade. The staff was nice and everything else went well, but I really booked this hotel for the pool which I was unable to use.
There are 17 of us going on a cruise. The hotel staff have been very accommodating. Good customer service.
