Staff member at check in asked for our last name. Didn't ask for first,pulls up a reservation for another guest and proceeds to check us in under that person. Get to the room and find it's not ours. Had to go back down to fix it and was met with slight attitude (like it was our fault). Got it delt with,but going to the room the halls were not very clean.

The staff was very good, the pool was cold and the hot tub was put of order, Over all i enjoyed my stay

The pool area needs a big upgrade. I would've go swimming in it or letany kids in the pool. The room looks like they have had a upgrade and are not bad for the price.
