Great airport hotel!
They were so accommodating with our check in! The only thing was the room wasn’t as clean as I would like it to be. The floor wasn’t well vacuumed and the area around the ac unit was wet.
very clean to my first experience wasn’t this one is very nice never judge a book by its cover
Breakfast start time too late to take advantage of. Piece missing from coffee maker in room, but I did forget to mention as we left early. Main sitting area had coffee and it was good but the main source of cream had hazel nut in it which I am allergic to. The gentleman did accommodate with getting several small cream from the supplies.
The property was in a great location from the Airport.The only down side was usb ports in the room didn’t work. The staff was very friendly and assisted me with the shuttle from the Orlando airport to the hotel room.
Good things? Very convenient to restaurants, quiet, and our airport shuttle driver was the best! Bad things? Jacuzzi wasn't heated and was dirty, our room was dirty, a huge gross stain on the curtain, the ac unit didn't work.
