We loved the room, the environment with restaurants within walking area, and the free shuttle to the airport. The problem was that the room in February was FREEZING at night with only a sheet like bedspread for a cover, no blankets, so that was miserable! Then the next morning when I needed the hairdryer to get get ready before meeting the shuttle to go to the airport for my flight, it wouldn’t work! Was able to purchase a Lean Cuisine for dinner which I was very thankful for so I didn’t have to get food delivered. Rooms Need updating. Keycard locks are fickle & need to be replaced as it takes several attempts to get into room. Basic toiletries provided: 1shampoo, 1 soap, tissues. Lotion would have been appreciated but was missing. Flimsy Plastic water cups were provided for coffee! Had to walk to lobby for styrofoam cup. Also my toilet had brown sediment in bottom that looked like feces but didn’t flush away. Check in gentleman was very nice and helpful. Showed me where the airport parking lot I reserved was. He was helping other guests with their room access. Very thoughtful man.
The he shuttle driver was very nice and friendly. Was also very helpful with things to do in the area too. The only down size was the dinning area is too small with the amount of guest as it’s a hot spot for those taking cruises. Breakfast hours where also different then others as they where 7-10 weekdays and 8-11 weekends. Which doesn’t provide much seating to eat as people usually take thes seats waiting for transportation to there next destination
