The hotel was clean and the room was nice. Our issue was with the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, which never came even after we called twice to check the status. We were told both times to "just wait and look for it." After we waited an hour, we called Uber and did see the shuttle - sitting in front of the hotel with the driver joking around with the desk staff. He went outside to get going, but then came back inside for awhile. Anyone waiting at the airport for this "free shuttle" was out of luck. In short, hotel wa... read more
Rooms and hotel needed a lot of maintenance. Beds were ok, pillows really bad. Just not kept up well.
Property was very nice and close to shopping and dining. Also transportation to and from the airport was easy and convenient.

This would’ve been a great stay if it wasn’t for the beds being so old. You literally felt nothing but the springs under you, extremely hard and VERY uncomfortable, making for the worst night of sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. Also, the bathroom had a set of double doors that did not close properly so you had little to no privacy when using it.
