Our experience began with the Airport Shuttle to the hotel The driver was AWESOME!! She was so helpful. I had a very heavy suitcase and she put it in the vehicle. And she was so cheerful about it. And then she turned out to be an incredible driver. I was impressed. Once we got to the hotel, the driver became the front desk attendant. And the cheerfulness continued. Good location, clean rooms, I was disappointed to find out that there is a 15$ charge for parking

For the price is was a perfect choice. They should put a little attention on the pool and hot tub area. Hot tub was cold and dirty and half of the jets working. The pool dirty! The area was not well kept compared to the hotel.
Ignore the negative reviews because the hotel is excellent. My husband and I stayed 3 nights for a short birthday getaway and we loved it there. The staff were pleasant, the grounds were always clean, the airport shuttle picked us up within 15 minutes of calling. The rooms have AC, fridge, microwave, hot water, TV (with cable). The beds are comfy. It truly is great value for money. The room itself is quite spacious too. The wifi worked throughout the property. Good place to lay your head down, needs some TLC
The friendliness of the staff & shuttle service was great! The bathroom fixtures & fixtures in room unfortunately were on the dusty side & the bathroom could have used a good sweeping as there were dust bunnies under the vanity area on the floor of the restroom & shower area. The bedding was clean and fairly comfortable. The shower was however cold, & the faucet was steadily running/ dripping when turned off completely.
