Staff were very friendly, however hallways and elevator were filthy and room floors dirty
Very good stay and inexpensive
This hotel is really nice for the price and the room was beautiful BUT the pool area was poorly designed. The pool gets NO sun after like 11am…no point to having a pool area when majority of it is in shade. The staff was nice and everything else went well, but I really booked this hotel for the pool which I was unable to use.
There are 17 of us going on a cruise. The hotel staff have been very accommodating. Good customer service.
