The hotel is nicely decorated, convenient to shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the free parking, that was great. Additionally, the staff were very nice with great customer service. However, I was very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the elevator, hallway and room. The bathroom floor was not moped and the sheets had stains on them. The carpet in the hallway was filled with dirt and it seems it hasn't been vacuum in days. It appeared they are short on staffs and house keeping is only surface cleaning.
