Whenever I go or return from P.R. I stay here. Free parking if I get a rental or the shuttle bus takes me to the airport. Continental breakfast is available and the staff has always been helpful. Across the street is Airport Parks if you want to get some birding in. There are cruisers in the northern part of the park.
