Cleaning ness and condition of sink, refrigerator, counter, shower and elevator. I understand there are renovations, which are needed. I just got off of a cruise ship with better bathroom facilities. Staff was very friendly and helpful, however. The cost of the room was reasonable and the restaurants within the area were great.

Elevator could use some cleaning. Room was clean and staff were all accommodating and friendly

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to assist with whatever we were asking with courtesy and genuine friendliness. Everything was clean and tidy though you can tell it’s an older building. My only complaint was it was a noisy stay. The doors close loudly and I could hear people in the halls at night.
