I spent one night here and travelled from the airport. The shuttle was very easy to organise, I called up the Hotel in the airport and someone picked me up 15 mins later. All of the staff were so incredibly helpful and kind. They made me feel very welcome and safe. As a young female solo traveller, this was very important and I was extremely grateful. The room was spacious and clean, beds were super comfortable! I really recommend this hotel!

The common areas, such as the elevator and hallways, looked tired and dirty. The room was nice. The breakfast buffet was quite nice.

good customer service and exellent airport transfer service prompt timely fast

The hotel was not very clean, hallways had lots of debris on the carpets. The receptionist was lovely. The earliest shuttle was 5 am and left exactly on time. The driver tried to not drop us off at terminal c and told us to take the shuttle from b but relented. The hallways and rooms were very hot, the ac said 60 but it was probably 80. The bathroom door was French style and didn't latch or lock.
